FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you offer tastings?
A: In lieu of the traditional one-on-one tasting, we actually offer what's known as our tasting events. These events showcase a plethora of our most popular food and desserts, plus you'll have the opportunity to meet with some of our staff who may potentially be working on the day of your wedding. We invite multiple couples to come and mingle with us, so you'll also get to meet other engaged couples as well, plus we invite some of Asheville's other amazing wedding vendors in case there's anyone you haven't booked yet! Attending these events are complimentary for booked couples, plus your planner and two guests of your choosing. However, if you would like to attend a tasting event before booking, it would be $85 per person. If you decide to book with us after attending a tasting event, we would deduct the cost for you and your fiancé to attend from your total contracted cost. Please feel free to reach out to us for an updated list of events we currently have planned!

Q: Do you have an event minimum?
A: During peak wedding season (mid-April through mid-November), we do have an event minimum of $5,000 for all full service events. All year round, we have a minimum of $500 for desserts only.

Q: Do you offer accommodations for those with dietary restrictions?
A: We completely understand the struggle of making sure that dishes are both plentiful and delicious for those with dietary concerns, and are happy to provide accommodations for those with gluten intolerances, as well as vegetarian/vegan guests. Most of our menu is made gluten free already, so we typically do not need to modify our menu much to accommodate this! For those partaking in a vegetarian/vegan diet, we will provide an entree that is chef’s choice, made to pair well with the rest of your menu.

Q: Can we offer a single plated entree with different entree options on our menu?
A: No. To ensure the best quality of service, and to ensure that you and your guests receive your dinner in a timely manner, we only offer the option to choose one entree option for your whole menu. The only exception to this is if you have any vegetarian/vegan guests; in this case, we are happy to accommodate their dietary restrictions with a separate option just for them. We also accommodate gluten free guests as well, though most of our menu is made gluten free, so this is typically not an issue.
With this in mind, we completely understand the desire to offer multiple options, and are happy to offer our duo plated entree. This will allow your guests to try two different delicious entrees without having to worry about confirming with each guest ahead of time what their preference may be for their meal.

Q: Do you provide bartending services?
A: At this time, we are not offering bartending services. However, we are more than happy to provide recommendations for some fabulous bartending vendors in the area!

Q: Do you offer dinner/dessert rentals?
A: At this time, we do not offer rentals. However, we are more than happy to direct you to some awesome rental companies in the area, and are also happy to assist you with contracting necessary rentals needed for your event.

Q: Do you offer any sort of non-alcoholic beverages?
A: Yes! We have a non-alcoholic drink package that includes sweet tea, unsweet tea, lemonade, and water in self-serving dispensers. This is $1.75 per person

Q: Do you offer family style dinner service?
A: At this time, we do not. The styles of service we currently offer include buffet, plated, and stationed.

Q: Do you offer sheet cakes?
A: No. However, we are more than happy to offer options for custom cake tiers in order to accommodate your guest size, or brainstorm other options to satisfy your sweet tooth!
